1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Atoll Yachting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Atoll Yachting provides yacht management, charter, brokerage, building, consultation, and crew training services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. Specific terms for individual services will be outlined in separate service agreements.
3. Booking and Reservations
All charter bookings and service reservations are subject to confirmation by Atoll Yachting. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. Booking details, including dates, itineraries, and pricing, will be specified in the individual booking confirmation.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the relevant service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of services. All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be detailed in the specific service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date may not be eligible for a refund. Atoll Yachting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Liability
Atoll Yachting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Clients are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and marine insurance.
7. Safety and Conduct
Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew and staff. Atoll Yachtingreserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client's behavior poses a risk to safety, property, or the wellbeing of others. Clients are responsible for their own health and fitness for marine activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Atoll Yachting website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Atoll Yachting Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
10. Changes to Terms
Atoll Yachting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
